Step Up for Weymouth: Run for Local Office in 2025!
We need your help to protect the integrity of our elections!
The Weymouth Republican Town Committee is seeking reliable Republicans to serve as Election Officers, the essential poll workers who help ensure fair, accurate, and honest elections. You’ll be on the front lines this Tuesday, September 16, and Tuesday, November 4, 2025, playing a critical role in maintaining trust in the voting process—and yes, you’ll be paid for your time and service.
As a nominated Election Officer, you’ll represent our party while checking in voters, assisting with ballots, and overseeing that votes are properly cast and counted. This is your opportunity to make a direct impact on election integrity in our community.
Weymouth has 19 precincts, and each precinct is staffed by a warden, clerk and four inspectors. That is a total of 114 Election Officers, of which the WRTC can nominate 57 Republicans by law. These nominees must be appointed before others are considered to work. But we need you to let us know that you or other Republicans you know are interested in working in one of these paid positions.
